Application Programmer

Develops all user-facing parts within the game, such as game logic and user interfaces.

01 Job Responsibilities

• Development of game logic
• Development of user interface and its systems
• Client development for online content
• Creation of data construction tools necessary for applications
• Formulation of game specifications from a programmer's perspective and promotion of its development

Application Programmers are responsible for all parts of the game that users interact with from the moment the game starts until it ends, including game logic and user interfaces. "Gran Turismo" features many cars and courses, and the functions required before a race, such as car-life related presentations, are diverse. Furthermore, creating and viewing online content shared among users, similar to SNS, has become a significant element. This role requires not only implementation skills but also a strong sense of responsibility and high communication skills, as it involves collaborating with artists and other engineers to bring these elements together into a single form.

02 Required Conditions / Experience

• Interest in game development
• Game client development experience
• Software development experience using C++
• Sufficient communication skills

03 Desirable Experience / Skills

• Consumer game development or mobile game development experience
• Programming experience with C#
• Experience with some lightweight programming language
• Web programming experience
• Database experience
• Interest in UI/UX development
• Interest in project management
• English (ability to exchange routine emails and documents)

*PDS (Product Development Staff) Employee is the standard employee type for game creator positions, consisting of a super flex system, annual salary contract, special reward system based on sales contribution, etc.

For one year from the date of joining, 1/12 of the annual salary set at the time of application will be paid monthly.
