The Assistant Manager will be responsible for training employees, conducting daily food quality checks, and taking in-person and phone orders. This role also involves making pizzas, adhering to food safety standards, and providing good customer service. Key responsibilities include managing shifts and teams, assigning breaks, counting inventory, and ensuring employees are over 18 years old. Previous management experience is required.
