Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Assembly Technician in Perth to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. The role involves assisting technicians in completing structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles (Models S, 3, X, & Y), adhering to Tesla's repair procedures. Responsibilities include reassembling vehicle panels to as-new condition, testing reassembly for safety and operability, cleaning and polishing vehicles after repairs, and preparing them for customer collection. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious technician in the early stages of a panel beating, painting, or mechanical apprenticeship, offering full support and training. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in automotive laboring or a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, be reliable and innovative, and hold a valid driver's license.
