Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate RPG, a developer of top-tier online MMORPGs, seeks a Build Manager for their [LOST ARK Mobile] project. Responsibilities include managing and improving the build process, handling regular and ad-hoc builds and updates, maintaining build history and notes, managing branches, and performing build audits. The role requires experience in mobile game service, market deployment, test server management, and familiarity with tools like Hansoft, Jira, and Perforce. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in game project build management. Additional experience with QA, PM, large-scale projects, CI/CD systems (Jenkins), and strong attention to detail are highly valued. The position offers a chance to contribute to a world-class mobile gaming experience.

Must have:

2+ years game build management experience
Mobile game service & market deployment knowledge
Test server management expertise
Proficiency in Hansoft, Jira, Perforce

Good to have:

Game QA/PM experience
Large project experience
CI/CD system (Jenkins) knowledge
Strong responsibility and attention to detail

- 빌드 프로세스 관리 및 개선 - 정기/비정기 빌드 및 업데이트 관리 - 빌드 히스토리 및 빌드 노트 관리 - 브랜치 관리 - 빌드 검수 및 업데이트, CDN 배포

자격요건

- 게임 프로젝트 빌드 관리 관련 경험 2년 이상

필요역량

- 모바일 게임 서비스 지식 또는 경험 - 모바일 마켓 배포 및 관리 경험 - 테스트 서버 관리 경험 - 개발 및 협업 지원 도구에 대한 이해와 사용 경험 (hansoft, jira, perforce 등)

우대사항

- 게임 QA, PM 경험을 보유하신 분 - 대형 프로젝트의 참여 경험이 있으신 분 - CI/CD 시스템에 대한 이해 및 운영 경험(Jenkins 등)이 있으신 분 - 책임감이 강하고 꼼꼼하신 분
