Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately, provide excellent service, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Assist with stocking, displays, and store organization
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
Strong mathematical and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
