Job Description

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be a key strategic partner, providing critical support across a broad range of initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving key projects, managing the CEO's calendar and communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing presentations and reports, and managing confidential information. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the CEO's office.

Must have:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidentiality and discretion

Good to have:

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience working with senior executives
Experience in the fintech industry
