About The Team
The Human Resource Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy and annual plan based on the HR Operation department strategy and talent needs, ensuring that employee capabilities are aligned with the department's business objectives;
2. Design, develop, and optimize various training courses leveraging various resources, including new employee landing, professional skills enhancement, generic skills development, etc.Utilize diverse training methods, such as e-learning, online workshops, offline training, and case simulations, to enhance training effectiveness;
3. Establish and maintain the department's internal training mechanism, including competency assessment, training resource pool, talent project management and effectiveness evaluation, etc.. Drive continuous improvement to enhance training quality and efficiency;
4. Collaborate closely with various sub-departments to deeply understand their business needs and employee development needs, provide targeted learning solutions, and promote employees' career development and growth;
5. As the main interface for the HR Operations team to empower other HR functions and business teams, promote the implementation of the training plans provided by each pillar within the department for the business, continuously follow up on effectiveness measurement, and ensure that the shared content brings real value to the audience;
6. Track and analyze the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development, introduce advanced training concepts and methods, and continuously innovate the company's learning and development model.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to human resources, education, psychology;
2. 5 years of work experience in learning and development;
3. Familiar with professional knowledge and skills in the field of learning and development, including training course design, training method application, training effectiveness evaluation, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Possess good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively cooperate with personnel from different departments to promote the smooth implementation of learning projects;
2. Have strong learning ability and innovation awareness, be able to quickly master new knowledge and new skills, and continuously optimize the learning and development model.
