Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post and pre-sales application training for both new and existing sites. Your role includes ensuring successful system handover to users, improving customer satisfaction, and offering clinical application support until users are confident in handling the system independently. You will develop positive relationships with users and clinicians, establish new sites as demo/reference sites, and provide application support for regional and national conferences and workshops. Furthermore, you will gather information about your products and competitors' products, conduct internal sales training, and create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials. You will also be involved in KOL Development and Management and provide post-installation user training. This role demands a deep understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, and medical system workflows.
Must have:
  • Application training for new and existing sites.
  • Clinical application support to users.
  • Develop good relations with users/clinicians.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist – MATC

Reporting to:  Clinical Application manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for post and presales application training for new and existing sites
  • System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently.
  • Developing good relations with users/clinicians
  • Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site
  • Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops
  • Application support for Clinical activities; User meet and technicians’ CME for Knowledge transfer.
  • Gather the Info about own products and competitors’ products.
  • Internal sales training on key application tools.
  • Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.
  • KOL Development and Management
  • Post installation user training

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc

Experience:

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience with critical care products.
  • Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Quick learner
