The Team and Role:

Logitech's Global Operations & Supply Chain department is excited to offer this full-time internship opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Communications Coordinator to elevate our T-Shape program, an internal initiative aimed at fostering T-Shaped professionals within the company. We are seeking an individual who will drive the program's communication strategy, run its daily operations and ensure its effective delivery across the organization.

The position is placed by the Customer Supply Chain department of Logitech S.A., situated in Cork, Ireland. The T-Shape program consists of team members across different teams within the organization and different countries.

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan for the T-Shape program, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.

  • Crafting engaging content and organizing events (both online and offline) to drive and maintain high levels of engagement with the program's initiatives.

  • Determining the types of information that need to be distributed, establishing the frequency of communications, and selecting the most effective channels for message delivery.

  • Collaborating with various global Logitech teams across the organization to tailor communications strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and cultural backgrounds.

  • Managing the program's web presence, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven adjustments to enhance reach and engagement.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.

  • Regular collaboration with a dedicated mentor to refine strategies and assess performance.

  • Direct implementation of communication plans, with the autonomy to bring innovative ideas to life.

  • Communication with global teams across different time zones.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or similar field.

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in internal/external communications and the ability to accommodate cultural nuances.

  • Competency in general website management and data analytics.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

  • An analytical mind and ability to think critically.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to meeting regular deadlines and a strong desire to acquire new competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with photo editing and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or similar.
