Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Community Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Manage and grow our presence on Discord and Reddit, ensuring active, healthy, and engaged communities;
  
• Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform to drive conversations and community participation;
  
• Increase the number of followers and overall engagement within our branded channels through organic initiatives;
• Act as a bridge between the community and the development team, providing timely feedback on bugs, feature requests, and other user concerns.
  

We expect from you:

• Proven experience managing communities on Discord and Reddit, with a deep understanding of platform mechanics and culture;
  
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and platforms;
  
• Deep familiarity with internet culture, memes, trends, and the dynamics of online communities;
  
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, tools, and trends; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users;
  
• Active user of ChatGPT or similar AI platforms; understanding of best practices for AI interaction and use cases;
  
• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher); native-level fluency is a strong plus;
  
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple community channels simultaneously;
  
• Experience in analyzing community data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
