Content Planner - Lost Ark

Smilegate RPG is seeking a Content Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing data for horizontal gameplay content within the game. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of live service operations. Responsibilities include creating diverse and engaging gameplay experiences, systematizing ideas, clearly communicating design intentions, defining work processes, writing system documentation and data guides, and ensuring data integrity. Strong data analysis skills, proficiency with development tools, and experience with user-centric UX design are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about creating high-quality content.
