Job Description

As a Cost Controller at Playnetic, you'll be a key player in optimizing expenses and driving smarter business decisions. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking spending, approving expense reports, preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, identifying cost savings, improving processes, collaborating on budget creation and forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will need strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and ERP system expertise, and clear communication skills. This hybrid role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, offering flexibility and collaboration within a growing company.
Must have:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Cost control, analysis, budgeting experience
  • Strong analytical & detail-oriented skills
  • Advanced Excel & ERP system expertise
  • Excellent communication & proactive mindset

Your Role

  • Manage Expenses: Oversee budgets, track spending, and approve expense reports with precision
  • Analyse Finances: Prepare reports, assess performance, and explain variances to keep us informed
  • Improve Processes: Find smarter ways to work and implement systems that save time and money
  • Support Planning: Collaborate with teams to create budgets and forecasts that set us up for success
  • Ensure Compliance: Keep us aligned with regulations and protect our financial integrity


What You Bring

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in cost control, analysis, and budgeting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system expertise
