Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative CRM Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a master of words, capable of crafting engaging and delightful copy that resonates with our customers. Your words will bring our brand's fun and friendly tone of voice to life, ensuring every communication leaves a smile on the customer's face.

Key responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop compelling and on-brand copy for a variety of CRM channels including emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.

- Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the brand's tone of voice across all CRM communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with our fun and engaging brand identity.

- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the CRM and brand team to brainstorm, plan, and execute CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

- Customer Engagement: Craft personalized and segmented messages that resonate with different customer groups, enhancing their experience and building loyalty.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, using insights to optimize and improve future communications.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective customer communications.

- Market Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our CRM strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- Education : Bachelor's/Master's in marketing, communications

- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in copy writing

Skills:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to write in a fun, engaging, and customer-friendly tone.
