Job Description

This Data I/O Support Trainee position at Phantom FX involves coordinating asset transfers, managing data storage, archiving and restoring data, ensuring security policies are followed, and collaborating with artists and production teams. Responsibilities include fulfilling client sends and downloads, managing physical media drives, working a shift pattern to support global needs, coordinating review sessions, working with clients and the imaging department on review specs, setting up and testing telecommunication devices, and coordinating material delivery for reviews. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses good project management and communication skills, and has a basic understanding of file formats and resolution. Experience level is targeted towards freshers to those with 1 year of experience.

Coordinating the transfer of assets.

Coordinating review session between multiple sites and clients globally.
Work with clients and imaging department on review specs on projects.
Setup and test all telecommunication devices and platforms.
Coordinating delivery of all material for reviews.
