Roles and Responsibilities:
Attend dailies sessions
Review, update and publish the schedules generated for the project
Coordinate with the Supervisor to resolve conflicts or concerns
Work with production team and Supervisor to assign artist’s work
Keep all relevant databases up to date with department and show information with notes
Be aware of the department’s immediate relationships up and down the pipeline.
Monitor department efficiency alongside Production
Manage team absence and reporting
Supporting the Head of Department with performance management and assessment of the team
Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals
Timesheet management
If appropriate for your department, work with Render Support to ensure priorities are set and backlogs are solved
Requirements
Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints
Monitor technological developments
Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated
Responsible to create syllabus across all the departments and ensure timely technical trainings are held
Take responsibility for training the new crew and ensure that they have sufficient support from the supervisor and team leaders.
Work with the department supervisor to identify training needs and ensure participation in training within the department
Other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected
