The role involves managing large content websites, B2B digital marketing, and SEO expertise in the US markets, particularly for a B2B healthcare or technology-based organization. Key responsibilities include implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing content, conducting SEO audits, and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on B2B marketing trends, especially in the US healthcare market. The role requires a proactive approach to drive initiatives as an individual contributor. This position is located in Gurugram and requires hybrid work (3 days a week in the office).
Must have:
  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B SEO.
  • Prior experience in US market marketing for Global BPO/KPO/ITO.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills with Bing, Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
Good to have:
  • Specific domain experience in B2B US Healthcare.
  • Power User – HubSpot Marketing.
  • Familiarity in using WordPress CMS.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and organic visibility for a tech-enabled service provider.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large content websites, B2B digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO for the US markets, and experience in driving organic performance for a B2B healthcare or technology-based organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Digital Strategy Execution: 

  • Implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. 

  • Drive initiatives that enhance the online presence and visibility of the company in the US market. 

  • Identify and prioritize focus areas for organic growth. 

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits, competitor analysis, and technical optimization. 

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve keyword rankings, enhance page performance, and drive qualified traffic to the website. 

  • Optimize content and webpages for search engines to increase search visibility and achieve ranking objectives. 

  • Be proficient in optimizing On Page, Technical & Off Page SEO 

  1. Content Strategy & Planning: 

  • Conduct Competitor research Keyword research to build a comprehensive Content strategy to drive leads & traffic to website 

  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied. 

  • Analyze user search intent and create content strategies that drive targeted traffic. 

  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building and outreach. 

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Track and report key performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and inbound leads. 

  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to gather insights and optimize strategies. 

  • Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, and development) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies. 

  • Communicate results and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders. 

  1. Industry & Market Knowledge: 

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends, particularly in the US healthcare market. 

  • Understand the nuances of healthcare-related keyword research and content creation. 

Key Requirements: 

  1. Experience: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SEO and content strategy. 

  • Prior experience in marketing in the US market for a Global BPO/ KPO/ ITO provider is required. 

  • Specific domain experience in B2B US Healthcare with a focus on Healthcare Providers segment will be a plus 

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives as an individual contributor. 

  1. Technical Skills: 

  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog). 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Bing, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. 

  • Power User – HubSpot Marketing  

  • Familiarity in using WordPress CMS 

  1. Soft Skills: 

  • Highly Organized – ability to take control & simplify management of complex websites with multiple micro services, top and bottom page funnels and ongoing optimization efforts in a high content volume environment 

  • Very high attention to detail  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

  1. Location & Availability: 

  • Based in or willing to commute to Gurugram, Haryana, with availability to work from the office 3 days a week on a hybrid basis. 

  • Neolytix does not provide transportation outside 25 km office radius. 

  • Overlap with US Central time Zone required – partial or complete based on business requirements
