Job Description
Trendyol seeks a Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Leader to oversee HSE processes across Turkey and international offices. Responsibilities include monitoring and implementing legal and global HSE requirements, driving improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing annual HSE objectives, and staying updated on HSE trends. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), 7+ years of experience (3+ in leadership and international HSE), a C-class (B preferred) Safety Specialist Certificate, and excellent English. The role requires strong presentation, project management skills, and willingness to travel. Trendyol offers a hybrid work model, competitive benefits, and a dynamic international team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the HSE processes both Turkey and international offices,
- Lead the monitoring and implementation of legal and global Occupational Health and Safety requirements, providing leadership and guidance to teams,
- Drive improvement and development projects in Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring sustainable results,
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and foster a culture of continuous improvement,
- Preparing annual HSE objectives and action plan,
- Stay updated on new HSE trends, technologies and regulations,
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering degree is preferred),
- Minimum 7 years related experience, minimum of 3 years leadership experience + International HSE experience,
- At least C Class Safety Specialist Certificate (B Class is preferred),
- Excellent command of English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Having NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus,
- Open minded, decision-making and result-oriented,
- Strong presentation and project management skills,
- No restriction for travel,
- Residency in İstanbul,

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
