Job Description
As a Product Manager at Trendyol Tech, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into user stories, identifying new product opportunities, and working directly with customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, coordinating software development and testing processes, and analyzing results to drive product direction and strategy. You will also be responsible for researching emerging technologies and trends. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in cross-functional project management, and a passion for technology and e-commerce. Must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years of cross-functional project management experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office skills and basic SQL knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Your Main Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers and product owners to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured
- Identify potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products
- Work directly with your customers and partner
- Prepare project plans and coordinate software development and testing processes
- Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy
- Research emerging technologies and trends
Qualities We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering
- 2-5 years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
