What You Will Do:

As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding workforce in Los Angeles and across the United States. Based in our Santa Monica office, your primary mission will be to ensure the seamless operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our IT services for our team members. You will be at the forefront of managing daily IT operations, collaborating with new hires to provide a smooth tech onboarding experience, and addressing a wide range of IT issues. This role will be an in office role based out of our Santa Monica office.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain network systems, servers, and application systems, ensuring their smooth daily operation and timely upgrades.
  •  Monitor and maintain the company's LAN and WAN to ensure stable and efficient operation during work hours.
  • Provide hands-on software and hardware support to staff, including desktop support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
  • Preserve IT assets, ensure information security, and manage control structures, including performing daily data backups and maintaining the data center.
  • Assist with IT aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding, including preparing and recycling computers and other IT equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing and maintaining network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure, with proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and proactive approach to providing technical support and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage IT assets, perform inventory maintenance, and ensure data security.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required. 

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
