We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Web Developer to assume the role of Technical Lead, guiding the development and ongoing enhancement of our portal. This role involves significant leadership responsibilities, including spearheading the design and implementation of new features, refining existing functionalities, and managing the interface between production and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and maintenance of both the front-end and back-end components of our portal.
    • Work closely with the production team and stakeholders to define and implement product requirements.
    • Lead and manage small development teams, overseeing task assignments, adhering to deadlines, and upholding the highest quality standards.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of existing functionalities to pinpoint problem areas and propose strategic enhancements.
    • Ensure meticulous maintenance and continual updating of project documentation.
    • Act as a pivotal communication link with external vendors and internal teams.

Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
    • Expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, including React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
    • Proven track record in team and project management.
    • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize project and management practices.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse international teams.
    • Fluency in English is essential.
