  • Partner with analysts to conduct analysis of in-game features using data insights to measure their impact on important indicators.
  • Work with important project partners to define the long-term live service strategy for the franchise.
  • Promote main data and findings to the wider team to ensure that all future work utilises best practices in its implementation and can be supported in the live service phase.
  • You will seek out opportunities for experimentation and developing the product using a data-driven approach.

Here's what you will need:

  • 5+ years of games industry experience, designing live service content and campaigns that maximise commerce, acquisition and retention.
  • A passion for games with a focus on player insights and interests.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development, being able to interpret data and trends to measure outcomes against agreed targets.
  • Experience working in a cross-team development environment.
  • Confidence to present ideas and sell your vision to team members and other key stakeholders.
  • A broad understanding of live services strategies across the gaming sector.
  • Knowledge of the F1 sport and gaming franchise is a bonus.
