Lead Test Engineer

You may have been working as Lead Test Engineer, Test lead, Software Engineer in Test, or Senior Test Engineer? We are looking for a confident professional who excels in delivering various types of testing, leading process investigations, making critical test decisions, and optimizing test improvements. You should be comfortable being hands-on when required and possess strong technical skills. 

You may also get involved with:  

• Planning and leading strategic, large, and complex testing activities. Leading activities to manage risks and opportunities associated with testing.  
• Leading investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes 
• Designing and executing a wide range of testing techniques and communicating test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Delivering functional testing, performance testing, and automated testing 
• Reviewing test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards 

• Proficient in executing various testing methodologies, leading process investigations, making critical test decisions, and enhancing test improvements and test estimations. 
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience when required, Have practical experience with open-source tools such as: Cypress, Karate, PlayWright, Selenium or similar 
• Proficiency in managing risks and opportunities associated with testing. 
• Experience in delivering functional testing, non-functional testing, and automated testing. 
• Ability to build and maintain frameworks in a Java-based environment, both on-premises and in the cloud. 
• Knowledge of reviewing test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards. 
• SC eligible, hybrid role with 2-3 days visit to client office required
