CatFace is a YouTube entertainment company, home to a family of channels with over 20 million combined subscribers and an average of 300 million views per month. Our goal is to entertain our audience with fun, light-hearted narratives and entertaining content for both children and young adults. A vital component of our business is creating multiple unique stories every week in order to keep our audience engaged.

About the Job

Catface is seeking an experienced Line Produce to ensure the quality and communication throughout our creative process. The Line Produce will be responsible for managing the processes and quality of the videos produced, sitting with videos from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the preparation and production of daily videos

• Communicating with multiple teams to answer questions and set realistic expectations and deadlines
• Oversee the quality assurance of the product before filming

• Communicating with management any issues that arise and proposing solutions

• Becoming a subject matter expert on the tools and processes that the company uses for production

• Use video performance data to improve processes and enhance future videos
• Serve as the connecting tissue between departments for full video continuity and strategy
• Ensure video notes and wants are followed from start of the project to end
• Review each step of the process and work with teams to find efficient fixes or stay on important tasks to make filming easier and faster
• Sit in event 1 and 2 recording to ensure start of recording goes smoothly
• Review the edits of videos to ensure mistakes are removed and some spice is added when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Must be based in the Austin TX area or willing to relocate within 2 weeks of being hired

• Extensive knowledge of the Minecraft platform

• At least 2+ years experience working in video production

• Experience leading teams

• Passion for YouTube Content, desire to understand how it works, and the ability to absorb and learn to improve videos

• Ability to work both independently and with small teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and shift gears at a moment's notice.

• Great and timely communication skills.
