Our Deals team has a strong track record of successful deals for top clients in the region. We are expanding our Deals Advisory team where you will lead a team of dedicated consultants in delivering complex deals in the area of financial due diligence, valuations or various M&A projects.
We combine our financial expertise with data-driven insights to help you create value across all stages of the deal lifecycle. We offer expert advice on buyer due diligence, vendor assistance and vendor due diligence.
As a Deals Manager (m/f), you will play a pivotal role in our Deals Advisory team, overseeing the preparation and execution of financial due diligence projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare financial due diligence to identify key business drivers and financial risks
Strategically assess opportunities and risks to understand all the relevant issues
Preparation of sell-side/buy-side Due Diligence reports on M&A transactions
Leading and coaching a team of talented consultants
Participation on various projects e.g. valuations, M&A projects

Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in financial due diligence or audit.
Proven experience in independent project management.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding junior consultants.
Deep understanding of client-facing business processes.
Strong analytical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak.
