As a QA Manager on the 2XKO project, you will manage Quality Assurance professionals who are deeply familiar with the Fighting Game Community and Fighting Game mechanics. You will work with software engineers, content developers, artists, project managers, and producers to create value for Players around the world. You will be guided by Riot's Test Policy and the product’s test strategy to develop quality activities for every stage of the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will partner with your team, product leadership, and other craft leaders to arrive at more efficient solutions to major quality problems that improve delivery. You will also direct and task other QA professionals, often remotely, to get your work completed.
2XKO is Riot’s take on a 2v2 team-based fighting game (for more info on 2XKO click here!). As a Manager, QA on the 2XKO team, you will manage the quality assurance efforts across an initiative within our unpublished fighting game! You will use your seasoned expertise to balance both creative and technical quality challenges, while growing and managing other QA professionals in an empathetic and professional environment.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
