Scope:

  • Works with the team on quality assurance and quality control of a product during the development and execution phases.
  • Is part of a self-organized agile team and interacts with team members on release deliverables.
  • Assists team members in supporting customer and implementation related issues. Demonstrates the capability to write, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.
  • Installs and configures relevant products for the purpose of quality assurance. providing business value.

What you’ll do:

  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
  • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
  • Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
  • Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Software testing.
  • Strong experience in web automation using Selenium
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.
  • Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes.
  • Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA).
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
