Summary

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting communication strategies that drive the success of retail operations for a leading tech company. From collaborating with business partners to creating impactful communications for retail teams across the globe, this opportunity allows you to make a real impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support communications that impact the day-to-day operations of the client's retail business, including retail stores and customer care centers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic, engaging communications for a global audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, executing on communication plans for operational events.
  • Collaborate with various retail groups to streamline and reduce communication volume while ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Provide writing support, edits, and feedback to team members to enhance content quality.
  • Help build out operational communication processes and contribute to content design standards.
  • Analyze content metrics and use insights to refine communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in writing communications, either in publishing, web publishing, advertising, or in an in-house creative environment.
  • Strong command of U.S. English style, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Macs and web-publishing systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with international teams.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
