The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional photography experience or a recent bachelor's degree in Photography, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The position requires frequent travel, standing, and lifting up to 5 pounds.

As a Photographer, you will support marketing efforts by capturing 3D virtual tours and high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. You’ll play an integral role in creating compelling visual content that enhances marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography & Virtual Tours: Capture 3D virtual tours and high-quality photographs of homes and apartments, using advanced techniques to showcase spaces in the most appealing way.
  • Market Ownership: Navigate commercial properties and one-mile grids to ensure comprehensive data coverage, identifying new inventory and properties that need to be photographed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Client & Team Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and plan tasks.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate data capture and entry, keeping track of property details and coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional photography experience, or a recent bachelor’s degree in Photography.
  • Field Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Learning Ability: Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS.
  • Independent Work Style: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent sitting in a car and standing or walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
  • Ability to work outdoors and drive in various weather conditions and seasons.
  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
