Responsible for strategizing and executing marketing activities for the Haryanvi movies/web-series at STAGE
Generate positive and impactful conversations around the content and cultivate a fandom for the content titles. The content marketing individual will be involved with Title promotions & building organic buzz around the upcoming Haryanvi titles.
Participate early in content development, positioning, research, show pre-testing and designing a road map for marketing new titles. Work closely with the content and creative team across content marketing initiatives, driving narratives around themes of our Haryanvi shows/movies such that they connect better with the regional identity of our audiences.
Develop a holistic marketing strategy for the title.
Develop cutting-edge social media campaign strategy for our content pieces, based on a comprehensive understanding of social platforms and audiences and lead the creation of the complete package of title social marketing assets including but not limited to - social editorials, talent shoots, bespoke content, and more.
Immerse into consumer insights/ research data and translate it to actionable marketing plans
Media Planning: Drive communications & media planning efforts on ATL channels.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including effective channel and creative strategy.
Cross Team Coordination: Take ownership of the campaigns by working closely with all relevant stakeholders gathering and evaluating inputs.
In short, the content marketing team is focused on making people so excited about our titles that they sign up and watch.
4+ years of experience in planning & executing successful marketing campaigns in a media company
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns with actionable insights that will impact strategic decisions (launch, sustenance, and communication turnaround)
An understanding of a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all marketing communication functions, including PR, advertising, social, events, and more.
Individuals with 4+ years of experience in working with consumer facing brands, handling communication, media planning and social media.
Understanding of social media and how to maximize it for building a brand.
Ability to create comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels/ initiatives, estimating marketing budgets and prioritizing.
Knowledge of social media analytics and measurement tools.
Fluency in Haryanvi dialect along with understanding of cultural nuances is mandatory.
Ability to manage and lead teams to achieve business goals
Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, creatives best practices and analytical problem-solving skills
