岗位职责:
1. 负责游戏产品在全球市场的网红宣传及内容营销工作。分析目标市场用户对内容需求,制定KOL整体策略、方案以及内容运营方案;
2. 撬动全球网红、MCN、主流平台渠道资源,策划宣传方案并负责执行落地,确保活动目标与项目目标一致,最终对产品新增和活跃负责;
3. 探索并搭建海外游戏KOL生态体系,并不断挖掘高潜力KOL进行重点培育,并基于多项目的实践不断迭代优化。
4. 与合作团队、渠道伙伴、区域团队做密切的合作沟通,拓展内容分发渠道,发掘新兴推广手段等。
岗位要求:
1.3年及以上工作经验,有丰富的游戏经验,有网红推广、视频、直播、同人等内容创作经验者优先;
2.有敏锐的游戏和娱乐触觉,善于捕捉创新形式和内容话题热点; 具有良好的运营意识,较强的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力;
3.熟悉海外各类型的网红培养及内容形式,以及海外内容平台平台等,能独立完成推广策划案及实施;
4.熟悉YouTube、Twitch、Instagram、Facebook、Twitter、Tiktok等平台玩法和推荐机制者更佳;
5.有较强的抗压能力及自我驱动能力,有极强的工作责任心和团队合作精神。
