Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking an experienced Monster Battle Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. Responsibilities include planning monsters, combat levels, and combat systems; analyzing live feedback and implementing improvements; and overseeing the development of combat-related systems. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of data structures, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to logically explain design intent and strategies for monster creation and combat design. Experience with Lost Ark's end-game content and a demonstrable understanding of combat improvements are highly valued. The role requires proficiency in various tools and a willingness to learn.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in monster/combat planning
- Data structure understanding
- Excellent communication & logical reasoning
- Proficiency in various tools
- Ability to clearly explain design intent
Good to have:
- Lost Ark end-game content experience
- Experience with various action games
- CBT/OBT/live service experience
- Experience with quarter-view combat development
- Experience managing large datasets
- Monster AI planning expertise
- Raid/end-content planning experience
- Action game monster planning experience

- 다양한 툴 사용에 대해 거부감이 없고 능숙하신 분
- 몬스터 기획 시 기획 의도나 공략 등을 논리적으로 설명이 가능하신분
우대사항
- 로스트아크의 엔드컨텐츠까지 플레이하고 전투에 대한 개선점을 어필할 수 있는 분
- 다양한 액션 게임에 대한 플레이 경험을 보유한 분
- 한 프로젝트의 CBT / OBT / 라이브 경험을 한 분
- 쿼터뷰 형식의 전투 개발 경험이 있는 분
- 대량의 데이터를 관리하고 유지해보신 분
- 몬스터 AI를 전문적으로 기획하신 분
- 전투 관련 앤드 컨텐츠 기획 경험이 있으신 분 (레이드)
- 액션 게임에서 몬스터 기획을 진행해 본적이 있으신 분
