Job Summary

Job Description

This role, [Strategy] Group Business Development Management, involves monitoring group business development activities, supporting internal development teams, and reviewing key IP contracts. Responsibilities also include analyzing global market trends, providing insights for new game portfolio development, and preparing presentations for executive meetings. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of the IT/gaming industry, and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in business development, publishing, or strategic planning. The position requires strong document writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives.

Must have:

12+ years total experience
4+ years in business development/publishing/strategic planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of IT/gaming industry

Good to have:

Game content understanding and passion
Data analysis and BI tool experience

- 그룹사업개발관리 : 그룹 사업개발 활동 모니터링 및 경영진 가시성 확보 : 그룹 내 사업개발 조직 제반지원 : 그룹 주요 IP계약 검토 및 보고 - 글로벌 시장동향 보고 : 시장조사 및 유관조직 협력을 통한 글로벌 시장 인사이트 발굴 및 정리 : 그룹 신규 게임 포트폴리오 발굴 관련 회의체 발제 준비 지원 - 기타 경영진 수명업무

자격요건

- 총 경력 12년 이상 - 사업개발/퍼블리싱/전략기획 관련 업무 중 하나 최소 4년 이상

필요역량

- 논리적이고 구조적인 문서 작성 능력 - 전략적 사고 및 문제해결 능력 - 시장 조사 및 데이터 분석 역량 - IT/게임업계와 트렌드에 대한 이해 - 경영진 및 주요 의사결정권자와의 소통능력

우대사항

- 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해와 열정 - 데이터 분석 및 BI 도구 활용 경험
