Motion Graphic Designer

Abha Studios is a creative agency startup founded to execute creative strategies for clients around the globe.

Currently working with a mix of B2B and B2C Clientele, we solve problems with creativity and collaboration.

Job Description:

· 1-2 years of experience.

. Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Reels, Youtube videos, corporate videos, eLearning, explainer videos, marketing demos, etc.)

· Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.

· Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.

· Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.

· Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

· Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.

· Assist in designing and creating storyboards.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

· Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.

· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

· Animate the 2D characters as per the project requirements.

· Work on enhancing the company portfolio and contribute towards the growth of creative content that can help build a sales pipeline.

Qualification

· You should have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

· Experience using animation software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender

· Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles

· Experience implementing different animation styles, including traditional animation, character animation, 2D vector animation, and others

· Strong desire and ability to work collaboratively to fulfill project demands

· Ability to work independently as needed

· Comfort presenting and explaining animations, storyboards, and designs to stakeholders

· Significant attention to detail and patience to work carefully and efficiently

· Independent, self-motivated, and organized work ethic

Salary

· Offered CTC - 3 LPA
