Shifts : 3pm to 12am ( Should be flexible for shifts)

We seek an enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer dedicated to creating compelling video ad creatives using Adobe software. Responsibilities:

• Design thoughtful video ad creatives, keeping design principles in mind.
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms.
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma).
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
• Edit raw videos and convert them to a processed premium-quality video by including subtitles, music, dialogue, graphics, rotoscoping & masking, and visual effects to increase the quality of each video.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for the video per the client’s brand guidelines.
• Organize workload, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work well within a fast-paced,
• multi-tasking environment.
• Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.
• Receive constructive feedback from teammates, supervisor(s), and clients in an utmost professional manner.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Willing to work in the US PST shifts.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects (mandatory).
• 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, post-production, or similar industry
• Exposure to working with US-based clients.
• Tech-savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software,
• troubleshooting, and techniques used in video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience in working on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Bonus skills - Familiar with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, and Canva.
• Familiar with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Asana, and Airtable.
• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
• Effective communication skills.
