Job Description:

Niyo Solutions is seeking a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer and Illustrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create captivating motion graphics and illustrations that enhance our brand’s storytelling and user experience. Your designs will play a crucial role in bringing our brand identity to life and making financial interactions as engaging and intuitive as our users' aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Motion Graphics:

• Develop compelling in app motion graphics.
• Ensure animations align with Niyo’s vibrant and dynamic brand identity.

• Design Illustrations:

• Create visually stunning illustrations that enhance user experience and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Create a cohesive illustration library according to the brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate illustrations into user interfaces.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and solutions.

• Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

• Keep track of the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics and illustration.
• Incorporate innovative techniques to keep our digital products cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Rive, Lottie, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how visual design enhances user experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
