The Multidisciplinary Program Security Officer (PSO) will manage and administer DoD and IC facilities, agreements, and cleared personnel databases. Responsibilities include supporting SCIF and Data Center construction (ICD-705 compliance), ensuring program security requirements are met (32 CFR Part 117, ICDs), administering policies for handling classified information, and assisting with INFOSEC, COMSEC, and OPSEC. The PSO will manage employee tracking systems (SIMS), communicate with various stakeholders, provide progress metrics, maintain databases, document security violations, and support the Corporate FSO and CSO. This role requires extensive experience in PSO functions for DoD and IC programs.
Must have:
  • 5+ years managing DoD/IC SCIFs and Data Centers
  • Experience with SCIF operations, document control, classified AIS
  • Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, ISOIs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Managing multiple large-scale classified agreements
Good to have:
  • Experience with Military Intelligence Community Directives and DoD regulations for US Government Contractors

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing the process of standing up and accrediting DoD and IC SCIFs and Data Centers.
  • Experience managing SCIF operations, document control/accountability, and classified AIS.
  • Experience with Industrial Security procedures outlined in 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, and ISOIs.
  • Active TS/SCI US Government security clearance with polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Military Intelligence Community Directives and Department of Defense (DoD) Government regulations for US Government Contractors.
  • Experience working with SIMS or equivalent security information management systems.
  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

About the job

The Multidisciplinary Program Security Officer (PSO) will leverage experience in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Data Center construction (ICD-705 compliance requirements) and assist the Industrial Security Team with management and administration of Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, agreements, and administer GPS’s cleared personnel databases.

As a Multidisciplinary Program Security Officer with extensive experience performing PSO functions for DoD and IC programs, you will be familiar with all aspects of program security management to ensure that the company’s agreement delivery runs optimally while complying with government, customer, and company standards. You will accomplish and manage various disciplines required in SCIF and Data Center builds as the interface between contractor and Customer, completing and reviewing documentation throughout the process. You will understand and assist with daily and periodic personnel actions and training, document management, AIS operation/management, and daily operation of secure spaces.

In this role, you will communicate with the customer, the lead program delivery manager, the larger industrial security team, and organizational leadership, and will be expected to compile and provide metrics regarding progress of agreement personnel, systems, execution, and support. You will maintain internal and external databases and assist in documenting security violations and other actions. You will also report to the Personnel Security/Builds Manager and assists Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Chief Security Officer (CSO) in maintaining compliance and maximizing efficiency within the program security vertical, providing support using existing systems, processes, and procedures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to all shareholders involved from pre-planning to project completion for SCIF and Data Center buildings.
  • Ensure quality program delivery by managing, coordinating, and executing all security program requirements for multiple large-scale classified agreements, following proper Industrial Security procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives, GPS customers, and Google Public Sector policies.
  • Administer policies and procedures for handling and safeguarding government classified information.
  • Assist with the planning, development and implementation of effective Information Security (INFOSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), and Operational Security (OPSEC) policies and procedures.
  • Manage clear employee/agreement tracking systems (SIMS).
