Jamble is fashion marketplace powered by Live Streaming & Auctions. We’re enhancing resale with a focus on community, fashion, and live interactions. While operating in the U.S. market, our team is entirely based in Paris.
After being accelerated at Y Combinator (world’s most prestigious startup accelerator), Jamble has received backing and active support from Voodoo (#3 mobile app publisher worldwide). Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we’re gearing up to accelerate.
Joining Jamble now offers a unique opportunity. As part of our close-knit team, you'll be one of the first 5 employees to join alongside the founders. You'll take on meaningful responsibilities and play a key role in our next stages of growth.

As an Operations Manager at Jamble, you will collaborate with all teams, playing a key role in optimizing operational and strategic initiatives within our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your responsbilities will include:

Role

    • Inventory Sourcing and Delivery Management: Oversee the sourcing of inventory and manage its efficient delivery to sellers on the platform. Ensure all aspects of inventory handling are optimized for speed and accuracy to support seller success and satisfaction.
    • Customer Support Oversight: Lead the customer support team to ensure high standards of service, resolving customer inquiries and issues swiftly and effectively.
    • Special Project Leadership: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring they are aligned with company priorities and executed with precision. These projects may range from operational enhancements to strategic initiatives.

Profile

    • Education: Recent graduate from a top business school or university.
    • Proactive and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Passionate: Genuine interest in startups, sustainable fashion, e-commerce and mobile apps.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French with high proficiency in English.
