Job Description

BytePlus, a division of ByteDance, seeks a Sales Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the enterprise sales team. This role involves collaborating with the business to develop sales plans, optimize systems, and implement operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecasting, and budgeting. You will be instrumental in streamlining the Lead to Cash process, designing and executing Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS, and Channel Partner Programs. Additionally, you will analyze data, measure ROI, identify risks, and partner with BI to enhance reporting capabilities. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with CRM systems are essential for this position.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, planning, and business partnering
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems (Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
  • Experience with BI systems and dashboards
Good to have:
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment
  • Experience designing, building, and executing projects from 0 to 1

Key Responsibilities: - Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc - Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process - Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs - Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks - Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs - Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects - Strong advocate for best practices and change management
Qualifications
Who You Are Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study - Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience - Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc - Experience with BI systems and dashboards Preferred Qualifications: - Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment - Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1 ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
