People and Culture Specialist

What You'll Do

• Support Global P&C Operations Service Delivery team on the implementation of EMEA projects and initiatives

• Harmonize, optimize and automate P&C life-cycle processes across multiple countries and business units

• Lead P&C business process discovery workshops to capture and document current state

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of improvements

• Successfully partner with Global P&C stakeholders to improve end-to-end P&C processeses

• Ensure seamless communication and execution of initiatives

• Support cross training/upskilling of P&C Operations team on new processes

What We're Looking For

• Comprehensive understanding of Employee life-cycle operational HR processes such as: Onboarding, Terminations, Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Transactional Support, Payroll

• Experience facilitating working sessions to identify current state

• Experience documenting processes using process flows diagrams and desktop procedures in consistent standards

• Demonstrable experience working in HR space and improving HR processes

• Demonstrable success communicating and building relationships at all levels in an organisation

• Ability to successfully work at pace and deliver to deadlines

• Project management or experience working as part of a project team

• Ability to successfully navigate HR related systems and information

• Workday HCM experience (any other modules) would be beneficial

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-sufficient and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
