Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP), a proven track record in third-party Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, experience on the advertiser side, and strong connections within the advertising network landscape. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns, overseeing integrations, and ensuring optimal performance for our clients.


Responsibilities:


MMP Expertise & SaaS Platform Management:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) and leverage this knowledge to enhance campaign tracking and measurement
  • Utilize expertise in third-party SaaS platforms to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide clients with valuable insights


Campaign Strategy and Implementation:

  • Work closely with clients to define campaign strategies that align with their marketing objectives
  • Work with external publishers to optimize delivery of campaigns
  • Work on CPI and CPR and optimize the performance to CPA- from the campaign setup until validation process
  • Set up and launch advertising campaigns, ensuring proper configuration and optimization for maximum performance
  • Oversee the integration process, ensuring seamless connectivity between our platform and client systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and goals
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on campaign performance
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with partners and navigate objections effectively
  • Work collaboratively to address partner concerns and ensure successful partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and effective client experience


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to clients for ongoing optimization
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and recommended improvements


Ad Network Relationships:

  • Leverage existing connections within the ad network landscape to negotiate favorable terms and secure premium placements
  • Explore and establish new partnerships to expand our network reach


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Designing, building, and maintaining the client’s brand presence across digital platforms, extending beyond social media
  • Experience in Planning and executing all brand-related campaigns across various channels like social media, e-mail, search, and display advertising campaigns
  • Proven expertise in using AppsFlyer and Firebase for campaign tracking and optimization
  • Proven work experience of minimum 3-5 years with leading brands and/or agencies
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in the field of digital ad-network
  • Strong understanding and experience in driving Mobile App marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in English for client interactions
  • In-depth knowledge of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, market players, and performance marketing features
  • Stress-resistant individual with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
