About your role

We need a strong UA Manager who will develop retargeting procurement in current channels (Google, Facebook, and Remerge) and integrate new channels.

 What you’ll be doing

• Developing a retargeting strategy within the product framework
• Creating a tactical procurement plan and implementing quarterly projects
• Identifying and integrating new retargeting channels and establishing effective procurement processes.
• Localizing and resolving crises
• Identifying growth opportunities in current procurement approaches and developing them
• Mentoring and managing the Retargeting Manager resource

We hope that you have

• At least 3 years of experience in a UA Manager role
• At least 1 year of experience in retargeting with an understanding of uplift methodology for effectiveness evaluation
• Experience with both channels or at least one of Google or Facebook
• Experience in launching and scaling new channels or directions
• Experience in cross-team project execution
• Skills in tactical and strategic channel/project procurement planning
• Experience in managing a team or mentoring at least one employee
• Ability to analyze large data volumes
• English proficiency of at least B2
