As a Senior Producer at Scopely, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily tracking of creative projects, ensuring that creative team utilization, budgets, and creative quality goals are met or exceeded. You will work closely with the Art Director and the rest of the team to deliver a high number of projects per month in a timely and effective manner. You will also oversee the development and timely delivery of 3D and 2D assets for in-game and marketing purposes. In this role, you will lead internal teams and external creative agencies, organizing their queues and leading all aspects of asset delivery to the asset management tool. You will also coordinate asset development across multiple high-priority projects, ensuring alignment on deadlines and priorities. You will assist in the internal review and approvals process, provide clear and consistent communication between teams, and handle feedback loops and asset revisions. Additionally, you will proactively lead meetings with internal collaborators to discuss project status, timelines, and any changes to the creative process. Your goal is to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Scopely is looking for a Sr Producer to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis

We are the in-house creative agency Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games' marketing needs worldwide.

What You Will Do

You’ll supervise the daily tracking of each creative project, ensuring that creative team utilization, budgets, and creative quality goals are met or exceeded. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail are important qualities for the Producer role.
  • Work closely with the Art Director and the rest of the team to deliver a high number of projects per month in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee the development and timely delivery of 3D and 2D assets for in-game and marketing purposes.
  • Lead internal teams and external creative agencies, organizing their queues and leading all aspects of asset delivery to the asset management tool.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 years of experience in project or creative management, with a background in advertising, creative services, or production.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with experience leading digital assets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to handle both internal and external creative teams.
  • A passion for games, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority assignments
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Video Games or Mobile Games Experience
