Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Project Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of Web3 projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 space, preferably on Web3 games, blockchain technology, business strategy, and project management methodologies.

• Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of Web3 projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategic objectives.
   
• Web3 Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 space, preferably on Web3 games, and being able to apply your expertise to projects that involve blockchain-based gaming applications.
   
• Blockchain Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology to guide project teams in managing the appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract frameworks.
   
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined project requirements and objectives.
   
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Continuously monitor and manage project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
   
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, status reports, and addressing any concerns.
   
• Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of Web3 initiatives.
   
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve project goals.
   
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user manuals, and post-project evaluations.
   
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the blockchain space. Apply this knowledge to enhance project processes and drive innovation within the organization

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  
   
• Proven experience (5 years) in project management, with at least 2 years focus on blockchain technology projects.
   
• Solid understanding of blockchain solutions and concepts, including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse personalities.
   
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
