We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Global Bytedance Traffic Infrastructure group and manage billing/payments requirements. You will collaborate with different functional groups including Engineering, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will succeed by building a scalable billing platform that provides the best user experience. Your role as a Product Manager, Billing and Payment makes that a reality by managing and scaling our billing and payment infrastructure to support the growth of Bytedance Traffic Infrastructure Organization and help us expand globally. Job description - Understand and influence the billing requirements of Bytedance Infrastructure Products - Develop billing systems that enable us to capture revenue for the entire suite of IE Infrastructure Organization offerings from SaaS subscription, enterprise contracts, and Internal Team chargeback. - Partner with product and growth teams to define and implement pricing, packaging, and payment strategies for sustained business growth. - Overseeing that the billing and payment infrastructure supports the regulatory and compliance requirements for serving global customer footprint. - Partner with the finance and business operations team to define and implement systems to support the financial, compliance and business analysis processes. - Collaborate with other product managers and internal engineering team to understand the use cases, technical requirements, and customer requirements to deliver clear and consistent end-to-end billing and payment solutions - Define and deliver a billing and payment focused solution roadmap that effectively aligns with overall organization goals and prioritizes strategic initiatives

Minimum Requirements: - Proven years of core product management experience, with a track record of shipping software products - Experience in understanding BOM hierarchy, including hardware and software components - Experience working in B2B SaaS and PaaS monetization teams - Experience with payment and billing platforms - Experience partnering with engineers and cross functional teams such as finance, supply chain, and operations.
