What You Will Do
As the Product Manager, Performance for Bingo Bash, you will drive game performance by executing the monthly content calendar, collaborating across studio teams, and optimizing Monetization & LiveOps strategies to enhance revenue, user engagement, and retention.
Monthly Calendar Ownership: Manage and oversee the monthly game calendar. Plan special fairs and create content from scratch to drive revenue and player engagement while aligning with business goals
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key game metrics such as Revenue, DAU (Daily Active Users), DAP (Daily Active Payers), ARPPU (Average Revenue Per User), and Retention, taking necessary actions to meet business objectives
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with Analytics and Economy teams to monitor player behavior, conduct experiments, optimize event performance, and improve monetization through A/B testing
Product Performance: Work closely with Product teams to ensure meta features are well-integrated into the monthly calendar and contribute to overall monetization strategies
Player Experience Ownership: Act as a gatekeeper for player experience from login to session end, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey
Art Direction & Optimization: Partner with the art and content teams to craft and refine in-game visual assets that align with player motivations.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to lead campaigns and promotions that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Community Engagement: Collaborate with Community, Social, and VIP teams to better understand player communities and gather valuable feedback to enhance live activities
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance, Monetization, or LiveOps within the gaming industry
Strong understanding of game monetization strategies, player engagement, and live event operations
Proven ability to work with data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
Creative and player-focused mindset, with a passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player motivations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of industry trends in mobile gaming, LiveOps, and monetization
