Job Description

Tesla Automation seeks a Process Engineer for commissioning and optimization. Responsibilities include independently planning and implementing the commissioning and setup of plants and machinery; coordinating and supervising acceptance tests; defining optimization approaches for machines of medium complexity; conducting machine acceptance tests in-house and for external machines; performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA); and creating 8D reports. The ideal candidate will possess a (technical) university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation technology, or a technician's qualification in electronics, industrial mechanics, or mechatronics. Strong knowledge of control technology, mechanical engineering, and automation technology is essential, along with experience in the worldwide commissioning of machines and plants. Excellent German and English language skills are required.

What You’ll Do

Selbständig Planung / Umsetzung der Inbetriebnahme und Einrichtung von Anlagen und Maschinen
Koordination und Begleitung von Abnahmeläufen bis zur Endabnahme
Definition vom Optimierungsansätzen innerhalb einzelner Maschinen mit mittlerer Komplexität
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Maschinenabnahmen Inhouse sowie von Fremdmaschinen
Durchführung von Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) und Erstellung von 8D Reports

What You’ll Bring

(Fach-) Hochschulstudium in Maschinenbau / Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik oder Techniker Elektroniker / Industriemechaniker / Mechatroniker
Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik, Maschinenbau / Automatisierungstechnik
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
Erfahrung in der weltweiten Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
