Tesla's HR team in Berlin-Brandenburg is seeking a highly motivated intern for a 6-month full-time position. This internship provides invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment, working directly with HR Partners. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, assisting with employee onboarding, contributing to project work aimed at process improvement, developing content for meetings and workshops, and learning about HR structures and processes within a growing organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong German and English language skills (C1 level), proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive work ethic. The role offers opportunities to learn stakeholder management and build internal relationships.

What to Expect

Start date: As soon as possible, flexible start date 

Duration: 6 months 

Location: Giga Brandenburg 

Time type: full time

You’ll be part of the HR Partner team, which is a fast-growing, fun, and vital team at Tesla. Working directly with the team collaboratively, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make changes and improvements to our processes, not only in the department, but for the organization.


There will also be the possibility for you to help with onboarding new people in the organization and participate in additional project work. Most importantly, you will support everyday work of our HR Partners and get to know HR processes. If necessary, you will also help to develop content and documents for meetings and workshops.

What You’ll Do


  • Get to know HR processes and structures in a fast-growing company
  • Onboarding of new employees and facilitating Onboarding Sessions
  • Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments
  • Understand the importance of our different HR roles and how they collaborate
  • Support HR Partner in resolving employee questions
  • Develop content and documents for meetings and workshops
  • Support in HR projects to improve processes and gain HR knowledge
What You’ll Bring


  • Good Level in German and English (C1 Level)
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • Preferably studying a relevant field like Business Administration, BWL with focus on HR or HR Management
  • Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
  • Proactive work mentality
  • The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
  • A strong team player
