About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and research skills to ensure accurate design and documentation, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams across the organization. You will also play a key role in implementing new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales compensation plan design and ensure accurate and easy to understand documentation

  • Support performance analysis of plan

  • Educate the sales force on compensation mechanics and initiatives.

  • Support broader Sales Operations initiatives and projects.

  • Research and resolve commission issues, interacting with all levels of sales teams. Interpret and make informed judgments on compensation plan exceptions.
     

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Compensation.

  • Microsoft Excel skills required.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting priorities, and deadlines effectively.

  • Proven ability to work productively with minimal supervision and in a remote environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse audiences

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and priorities.

  • High integrity and a desire to contribute to a world-class organization.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work/life experience.

Reasonably expected salary range: $73,400.00 - $91,800.00
