Job Description

The Imaging Specialist will be responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. They will ensure images and data receive the utmost quality and care. Responsibilities include sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, following production procedures, indexing data, and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet production goals. The role is with a global company focused on transformation and innovation.
Must have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with PC and computer-related experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Our USCIS Imaging Center is looking for Imaging Specialists to join our team.  In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.

Our Imaging Specialists are responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. In addition to following the policies and procedures established within the imaging center and in compliance with the customers specifications,  candidates will ensure all images and data received the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image 

  • Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking

  • Index Key Data into multiple software applications

  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records

  • Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment

  • Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum requirement of HighSchool Diploma and or equivalent

  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience  

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English 

  • Work independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
