The Presentation Specialist role involves transforming ideas into captivating presentations using graphics, information visualizations, and animations. Responsibilities include managing design requests, producing graphic designs, managing deadlines, upholding brand integrity, and developing knowledge of deal processes. Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience, be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. The role is a 3-month project opportunity with the potential to extend and requires an on-site presence in San Francisco, CA after training.
Must have:
  • 4-6 years of presentation design experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of design concepts and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or Animation is a plus.

Our financial services client seeks a Presentation Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role requires experience in information design, with the ability to transform sketches and ideas into captivating presentations featuring graphics, information visualizations, and animations.

This is a 3-month project opportunity with the potential to extend. This is an on-site role located in San Francisco, CA after completion of training.

Monday-Friday starting at 2 PM after completing 4-6 weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake of presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, and documents according to specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction.
  • Uphold our client's brand integrity while meeting internal clients' needs for creative, professional, high-quality, and cost-effective graphic materials.
  • Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles to improve understanding of document requirements and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience and understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback and direction.
  • Positive attitude, professional, diplomatic, and approachable by teammates.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, the global team, and internal support groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or Animation is a plus.
  • The interview process requires completing an assessment.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
